RVA 805 Piedmont Hops Ale

Isolated from Piedmont Hops Virginia farm 15 miles south of Richmond in Moseley, VA on the grounds of Swift Creek Berry Farm and Greenhouse this yeast does not disappoint. At the farm you can find some of the finest Virginia grown hops, blueberries you can pick yourself and the native home of this special yeast. This strain is reminiscent of the native yeasts of Belgium which are the key ingredient in Trappist style beers. This strain produces some amazing esters of pears and fig accompanied by a peppery spice. We recommend this strain for Belgian pale ales, Witbier and Saison.
