RVA 704 Champagne

This versatile and hardy yeast ferments quickly over a wide temperature range and can tolerate high alcohol content. It is highly flocculent and is fairly neutral in flavor and aroma. Recommended for sparkling, late harvest, and dry white wines. Great for fruit wines and ciders as well! It may also be used to restart stuck fermentations. This “killer strain” is not tolerant of concurrent malolactic fermentation.
