RVA 702 Côtes-du-Rhône

This speedy fermenter is great for such as Chardonnay and rosé wines. Very tolerant of concurrent malolactic fermentation this yeast produces spicy aromas with tropical and citrus fruit esters over time. Often used by mead makers who must add a usable nitrogen source to avoid a slow or stuck fermentation.
